Is your hair 100% human hair?
Yes. All Empyra™ collections are 100% human hair, ethically sourced and quality inspected.

Can the hair be colored, chemically processed or heat styled?
Yes. Our hair can be colored, straightened, curled, and styled. However, any chemical processing is performed at the client's discretion and permanently alters the hair. Empyra™ is not responsible for results after coloring, bleaching, or chemical treatments. We recommend professional coloring for best results and longevity.

How long does Empyra hair last?
With proper professional care, Empyra™ hair can last 1-2 years or longer depending on collection and maintenance. Longevity varies based on maintenance, styling frequency, and chemical processing.

How long does order processing take?
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Once an order is placed, it begins processing immediately and cannot be changed or canceled.

Is delivery time guaranteed?                                                                                                Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier. Empyra™ is not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Due to the hygienic nature of hair extensions, all sales are final once opened or used. Please review our Refund Policy for full details.

What if my order is incorrect or arrives damaged?
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at

Will my hair look exactly like the photos?

Am I responsible once my package is delivered?
Yes. Once tracking confirms delivery, responsibility transfers to the customer. We strongly recommend shipping to a secure location.

How do I care for my hair?
We recommend sulfate-free products, gentle detangling (start from the ends and comb to the top of weft), deep conditioning, and storing hair properly when not in use.

Will you provide a care guide?
Yes. Care instructions are included with every order and available upon request.
