At Empyra™ Hair Extensions, every order is handled with precision, care, and quality control. Our shipping process is designed to reflect the level of service, presentation, and reliability our clients expect from a luxury hair brand.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 3–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Each order undergoes:
• Quality inspection
•Verification and packaging
•Final approval before dispatch
During high-volume periods or product launches, processing times may extend slightly. Clients will always receive tracking once their order ships.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We currently offer:
• Standard Shipping (U.S.)
Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days after processing
• Express Shipping (U.S.)
Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days after processing
Delivery times are estimates and begin once the package leaves our facility. Empyra™ Hair Extensions is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, or incorrect address submissions.

Free Standard U.S. Shipping on orders over $300
This offer applies automatically at checkout.
International Shipping
International shipping is available to select destinations. Rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on location.
International clients are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Signature, Security & Responsibility
Empyra™ Hair Extensions is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once confirmed delivered by the carrier.
We strongly recommend:
• Providing a secure delivery address
• Selecting signature confirmation if available
If a package is marked delivered but not received, the customer must file a claim directly with the carrier.
Incorrect Address Policy
Clients are responsible for ensuring shipping details are entered correctly.
Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout are not eligible for replacement or refund.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Packages returned due to refusal, failed delivery attempts, or incorrect address entry are subject to reshipping fees.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
